A scout runs onstage hollering "It's all around me! It's all around me!" 

 

The Emcee says, "Wait - what's all around you?" 

 

The scout calmly says, "My belt." 

 

This can be turned into a running gag with a scout 

running onstage again, but with the answer "Air." 

- or even - "Scout Spirit."
