[Scout:] Here in my hand is Fred the Trained Flea. Fred will perform for you some amazing feats. Watch closely.
[Scout:] Fred, do jumping jacks! Very good! Cheer, everyone!
[Scout:] Fred, do a somersault!
[Scout:] Fred, do a high jump! Watch him go way up... and back down.
[Scout:] Now Fred will do a long jump. I need a volunteer to catch Fred.
Ask for a volunteer from the audience to catch Fred
[Scout:] Fred, do a long jump!
[Scout:] Oh! He seems to have jumped into your hair!
[Scout:] (Walks over and starts picking through the volunteer's hair) Here we are... no, that's not Fred. (tosses imaginary flea over shoulder)
[Scout:] Ah! No, that's not Fred.
[Scout:] That's not Fred either.
[Scout:] Fred, are you in there?
[Scout:] That's not Fred either.
[Scout:] Boy, there's a lot of fleas in here.
[Scout:] Fred? Fred?...
