Notes:Following the plan helps the whole team succeed.

Your patrol has planned a perfect campsite setup: one person gets firewood, another sets up the tent, someone else organizes the food. It's a good plan. But then one Scout decides to do something different - maybe something that seems more fun or more important to them.

What happens? The person waiting for firewood can't start cooking. The person who expected help with the heavy tent struggles alone. The whole plan falls apart because one person decided their idea was better than the team's agreement.

A Scout is obedient, and in a patrol, that means following the plan everyone agreed to. Not because you can't think for yourself, but because a team only works when everyone plays their position. When you obey the plan, you're not surrendering your independence - you're giving your team the gift of reliability.
