September 11: Out of the Smoke, Kindness
On the morning of September 11, 2001, America faced one of its darkest days. Terrorists struck our cities, and thousands of lives were lost.
But in the midst of chaos, something powerful happened. First responders ran toward danger. Strangers helped each other down stairs. Blood banks were overwhelmed with donors. Communities gathered to comfort and care.
In tragedy, the best parts of humanity can shine. As Scouts, we train to help others-whether in small moments or historic ones.
Let us never forget the pain-but also never forget the compassion, courage, and unity that followed.
