For nearly 30 years, the Berlin Wall divided a city-and symbolized a divided world. Families were split. Freedoms were lost. People risked their lives just trying to cross it.
But on November 9, 1989, something amazing happened. The people rose up-not with violence, but with voices, hope, and determination. Crowds gathered. The wall cracked. And finally, it came down.
It wasn't just concrete that crumbled that night-it was fear, separation, and oppression.
