I've watched you tie your first knot. I watched you earn your first badge. Some of you, I watched struggle with a project, quit in frustration, come back the next week and finish it anyway. That's the one I'm most proud of.
You came into this pack as Tigers - small, loud, full of energy and absolutely no idea what you were doing. That's fine. Neither did we. We figured it out together.
Tonight, you cross a bridge I cannot follow you across. Not because I'm not allowed, but because this next part belongs to you. You've earned the right to take it on with older Scouts, new challenges, and leaders who will push you further than I did.
The pack will feel your absence. We always feel it when a good Scout moves on. But we feel it with pride, not sadness - because we know where you're going.
Go. Lead. Earn that Eagle. And come back someday and tell us how it went.
