Tigers, do you know what real tigers are like? They're brave. They're strong. And they're curious. A tiger explores everything, sniffs out every corner, and isn't afraid to try something new.

That's what Cub Scout Tigers are like too.

This year, you're going to try lots of new things. You'll go on hikes and look for animals and bugs. You'll learn how to help at home and in your neighborhood. You'll make new friends in your den. Some of it might feel a little scary at first. That's okay. Tigers are brave. They try anyway.

And just like Lions, you get to do it with your grown-up. Your adult partner is right there next to you. When you discover something cool, show them. When something is hard, ask them to help.

Grown-ups, here's a tip: let your Tiger lead the way as much as you can. Let them ask the questions. Let them try first. You'll be amazed at how much they can do.

Tigers, are you ready for an adventure? Let me hear your best tiger growl!
