Imagine your Scout backpack. At first, it's light. But as you get more responsibilities—helping at home, being a good friend, finishing schoolwork—you add a little more weight.
It may feel heavy sometimes, but guess what? Carrying that backpack makes you stronger. And when you help others carry theirs, you grow even more.
Don't be afraid of responsibility. It means someone trusts you to do what's right. And that's a pretty awesome thing.
