| Notes: | A loud, fast troop meeting opening that doubles as attendance. Each patrol leader reports who is present, and the patrol answers with its yell. The Senior Patrol Leader can run it with no preparation. Part of a series of short meeting openings and closings. |
SPL: 'Troop, attention. Patrol leaders, report.'
SPL: '[PATROL NAME] Patrol.'
Patrol Leader: '[PATROL NAME] Patrol: [NUMBER] present, [NUMBER] absent.'
SPL: 'Let us hear you.'
(The patrol gives its yell.) (Repeat for each patrol. The SPL can call them in a different order each week.)SPL: 'Troop [TROOP NUMBER], all present and accounted for. Scout Oath.'
(The troop recites the Scout Oath.)SPL: 'Two. Let us get started.'
